Broken Heart

Yesterday we were driving home from school listening to that Justin Bieber song "Baby" (which by the way Shaw calls Babuh Babuh) and we had this conversation:

Shaw: He said broken heart, what does it mean to have a broken heart?

Me: He has a broken heart because he loves a girl and she doesn't love him back. That happens sometimes but broken hearts always grow back together.

Shaw: Oh, well, my heart is still together, its not broken because I love you mommy and you love me back don't you.

Me: Of course I do, we don't have broken hearts do we?

Shaw: We will never ever break each other's hearts!

I'm going to hold him to that!
